IRC WILL BE NEEDED, CAUSE I HAVE A IRC DICE ROLLER NOW, CHANNEL TO BE SAID AS WELL.

ANNOUNCEMENT: After the near utter failure of running stuff on Titanpad, I am going to go back to the original idea of using Skype or another VoIP program to run this.

Why not just IRC and OpenRPG or something? Software we're all familiar with. I suggest it partially because I'm not sure I can run any VoiP stuff right now. The microphone on my laptop is shot, and I dunno if my desktop can run a microphone.
