Good Afternoon, Officer Tacho,
Thank you for your interest in Shasta No Sekai’s range of specialized mecha and weaponry. We appreciate the opportunity to work with the Iron Company and consider this an exciting prospect for collaboration.
After a thorough review of your request, we have determined that fulfilling the entire order at the quantities requested would unfortunately exceed our current manufacturing capabilities in what is currently a very busy time for the corporation and its assets. Meeting this volume would require substantial investments in sourcing
rare and
expensive materials in extreme quantities and dedicate all of the corporations manufacturing base for an extended period of time. All of which would significantly impact delivery timelines and overall feasibility amongst other factors. Given these , we propose an alternative solution that we believe may align well with your operational goals:
As a proposal; We can fulfill up to 30% of the requested quantities within a two-month timeframe, to be delivered in bulk to a location within 30ly of our corporations base operations center within the sectors core*. This allocation will allow us to maintain our operations while addressing immediate demand without compromising production schedules or market fluxuations. To offset the lower quantity, we are prepared to offer licensing rights for each requested model ontop of the base price for this transaction. This licensing would provide access to encoded design sheets, technical blueprints, and essential data, enabling the Iron Company to manufacture units independently or through a 3rd-party without infringement complications and with all available design resources on hand via providing said Codec to an appropriate fabricator base or manufacturing base with just the materials needed to complete each project.
For an additional fee in this regard, Shasta No Sekai can provide an
unlocked codec, including the flexibility to produce non-standard pattern variants based on proprietary SnS technologies. This codec will allow your engineers or that of a third party manufacturer or desisgner to make modifications using non-standard technologies to the base pattern (power sources, AI, equipment, modifications, etc.).
Please review this proposal and let us know if this adjusted offering aligns with the Iron Company’s needs or any comments or concerns that we may work with in further negotiation or offers. We are committed to supporting your objectives and look forward to finding a mutually beneficial arrangement.
Best Regards,
- Keiji Archeletta
