Please respond to the following official orders:

• Report to the UOCPF Flagship, The ACS Akuro III.
• Each of you are hereby issued the following:
  - Peacekeeper Uniform and Standard Issue Kit
  - Tenshi no Yoru 'Tenshi' Light Mechanized Power Armor
• Commander Ionoche, you are relieved of command of the 17th Kasairyuu Power Armor Wing and are to report to the bridge immediately upon arrivial, you are assigned as my XO.
• Sub-Lieutenant David Stryker, you are hereby the commander of the 17th Kasairyuu Power Armor Wing.
  
  Peacekeepers, welcome to the Flagship of the UOCPF.

Please respond to the following official orders:

• Sub-Lieutenant David Stryker, you are hereby promoted to Lieutenant and are transfered under the command of Admiral Motoyoshi Kiyoko at her request.
  
  All other 17th Kasairyuu Power Armor Wing Members:
  
• You are hereby granted honored acceptance into the Peacekeeper Academy. You have been selected for Advanced Officer Training. You are all promoted to the rank of Cadet.
  
• You are to report to Vice Admiral Sean Richter and Commodore Yamamoto Maya of the Chouteisha Squadron.
  
• Shuttles have been arranged to take you from the UCS Akuro III to the UCS Shinnen, lead ship of the Chouteisha Squadron.
  
• Any of you who were going to switch body types, consider that order temporarily suspended until we can get you appointments.
  
  Compliance to these orders are immediate and mandatory effective as of now.
