One thing I forgot to comment on: He needs a rank. Either 'Employee' or 'Private First class' The pay' desk job rank while the other's the fleet rank.
 
It's taken care of, Kai. I like to wait until after approval for such things anyway... After all, you can't call yourself an employee until you've been hired, yes?
