[Origin] Victory Class Cruiser

It's only been four days, but I just want to make sure this isn't forgotten. Are there any pressing issues with this ship?
 
Still need a civ design specified that hasn't be used for another warship.
 
Except this isn't made by a nation but a freelance corporation. That made this for a nation at their request. So who should be supplying the civilian design?
 
Origin is manufacturing it, i would say Origin should pony up the civ design.
 
No, it should not cause a delay.
Origin has plenty of Civilian starships in their line up. They just need to say which one they are using to justify this one. Shouldn't take more than a minute or two to pick on and post it here.

Sorry if I may be off topic, I'm just curious as to the details on it.
 
I still need to write the article for the Caravan, but the Skeleton is up. I think I've finalized the design, but it may be a week or so till I have the time to finish it.
