To whom it concerns,
We wish to inform you of an impending flux of Osmani refugees from the Osman system will be arriving with Fujiko Self-Defense Force assets within 2 weeks. Currently in the process of returning to Fujiko, the first group of Osmani shall make entry at the Jinlong Starport at Shenhong City, Fujiko IV unless advised otherwise. We are unsure of what additional waves of Osmani there might be.
The Osman System was subjected to a NMX invasion late last year which volunteers from the FSDF left to fight, answering an independent call of action to form a coalition to attempt to rectify the situation. The fight went as well as to be expected with a coalition of individuals with merely a single goal. Due to our failure and in accordance to the Constitution of Yamatai Star Empire, Osmani refugees desire to relocate to the Yamataian Star Empire to start anew.
As our volunteers failed to secure the planet for the Osmani, the FDC has pledged the Territorial Administration Service shall provide for the needs for these refugees as compensation. Many have selected Arzank as a potential hope due to its conditions being similar to Osman. We have a preliminary list of names which we will send once a secure line of communication is established. We also require assistance to ensure this transition period is in accordance with Yamataian law and experts on counter Mishhu parasite infiltration as a precaution.
