I'm looking for a Communicator which has similar features to the Type 29, however, it won't need the the Psi and Telepathy control installed.

The Type 29 appears to be the only communicator on the market, and it's only for the army! How the hell will Luca be able to accept calls to do Jobs unless he has a communicator which he can actually get his hands on without having to kill some Neko?

Damn, this world just wasn't crafted for the Mercenary and Average Joe.

I just had my character buy generic ones from Yamatai. Yaichiro also has a personal communicator from Yamatai too, though he doesn't use it for official business.

Just because there isn't a submission doesn't mean it doesn't exist--it just means there is a limit to its complexity and features (hence generic). We don't have submissions for chairs or dors, for example.

Just add one to the wiki. As long as it isn't anything uber, newfangled, or crazy, you don't have to send it through the rigors of the tech approval process.
