Hopefully this doesn't cause trouble. I asked Kampfer if ID-SOLs were still being manufactured to some extent and he said yes and CadetNewb who has enough authority to run a Nep plot said yes and I remember people discussing this in the past and the authority at the time saying yes. I just like making mostly blank slate characters which is why I made a Neko when I first joined.

Well, so far so good. The only parts that seem missing would be the history and the skills. I'm not sure if there's been a rule change, and that we're able to simply link now. And even if he's 1 year old, I'd like to know more. Things like, how he's been for this one year, how he's been getting along with others. Stuff like that.
