Is it alright if it goes without the year of creation? I want to deliberately leave this up in the air to give them a sense of the unknown.

Since the checklist has not been met, I am putting a timer on this. If at the end of the three day timer there are no objections, I will approve this. After approval if another reviewer or SM wants to move it out of approved submissions for not meeting the checklist, I will not stand in their way.
