It gives me the sense of Hlaraian Clothlades tbh, but it has enough of its own Prydania tech (See Bolham, Quicksilver, Pitch, and Blue Cordial) that is strikes me as creative in its own right. No reason not to approve this, in my eyes. I'll let it sit for one day and see if anyone has any other words to offer, before approving.
