P1-7 Malaise

Why would anyone move to a planet with that name and those conditions?
 
It's being offered to cater to low-income families that find it hard to live on Nepleslia Prime itself, as well as to offer jobs to the homeless on Nepleslia. It's also essentially the only habitable world in the system, albeit a bit cold.

Wes, people move to all sorts of places that really make little sense... like Arizona for example, who would want to move to a place where walking outside can literally kill you? Not to mention, Arizona, the name of the state is literally mangled Spanish for it being hot.
 

And why would people want to move to a state which it's main industry are hula girl skirts and lava tours? *Wink wink*
