As for this page it is not an individual piece of tech, it is a general overview of a family of similar system types giving a general description that can be linked to in order to reduce article clutter. For all intents and purposes its a description of FTL capable radio technology used by the Pact that is of a scalable nature. Thus it has no one manufacturer because its like saying this is an internal combustion engine.
