Approved Submission [Pact] ML4A6 40mm Optical Rapid Focus Rapid Impulse X-Ray Band Laser Cannon

If the unapproved corporation "...is not up for review quite yet[,]" then shouldn't this submission be placed on hold until it is ready for review? The alternative would be to simply remove any mention of it from the submission article.

More concerning, however, is that this weapon system appears to be a blatant rip-off of Nepleslia's Pulse Laser Array - and one thousand Tier 5 pulses a second traveling at the speed of light seems just a tad overpowered, in my personal opinion.

Lastly, why does this submission not include the appropriate nomenclature?
 
Why does the ML4A6 in the name have nothing to do with the nomenclature 76A11-963V listed below? Shouldn't there be overlap there?
