It's been a while since I've submitted a character, so go ahead and tell me if anything's missing here, or on the character page. He's going to be my new character for Luca's plot, essentially continuing the Smith story through a more indirect way. Also as a note, I'll update the page to the appropriate plot, occupation and rank when he is approved.

I have read this over with Cadetnewb and helped him flesh out some of his ideas earlier, and I Approve of this.

Why is the Approval orange? Because its Phoenix flavoured Approval.
