Build and Skin Colour: Ever the Nelpeslian, Johnny keeps himself in good physical shape and shows it with a firm, muscled build. He has a moderately tanned skin tone.

Facial Features and Eye Colour: Johnny has symmetrical facial features with numerous small scars all over his face. He has one brown eye, the other under an eyepatch. He has grown a goatee.

Hair Colour and Style: He has moderate length light brown hair kept in a flock of seagulls, which technically means he has a severe case of bed hair.

Distinguishing Features: His right forearm and hand are cybernetic, as is his left leg from the hip down. The leg hasn't been properly maintained in nearly three years, resulting in Johnny limping slightly due to a gummy knee servo, though he exaggerates this with using a walking cane. He's missing his right eye, but he hasn't bothered to replace it, instead favoring a simple leather eyepatch. He also wears a tool belt and pouch around his waist, the pouch is secured to his waist and right thigh by way of Velcro bands. He has a tatoo on his right bicep, it's faded, but it looks like a closed red fist in the center of a red and white starburst.


Psychological Characteristics

Personality:
By most respects, Johnny is a goofball. For being a pirate, and thus an enemy of most, if not all forms of law enforcement, he takes his role fairly lightly and tends to enjoy the simpler things in life. Like booze, gambling and women. If he's not commanding his ship to raid something, he's more then likely getting drunk with his crew and gambling with them. All that aside, Johnny is a smart and resourceful commander when the time arises. More often then not, he'd flee before fighting, but if it comes to such he's a hard bug to kill.

Likes: Gambling, drinking, women, loot.
Dislikes: Losing, hangovers, clingy/bitchy women, NOT getting loot.
Goals: To rule his own empire with lots of women fawning over him.


History

A pirate and ex-break & enter burglar from Nelpeslia. Johnny started his life learning tricks of survival while being an orphan and member of the Red Barons, a small gang comprised mostly of the cast offs from other larger gangs. He, like the rest of the gang, was considered a minor annoyance to the other gangs, which meant they were largely left alone since they were not viewed as a threat. This gave the Barons a lot more leeway then most others.

Eventually, over the years the Barons had gained a large enough membership, that the larger, more powerful gangs as well as the Funky force working out of their jurisdiction again, saw them as a valid threat to their power bases. It happened quickly, the Red Barons, over the course of three months, were wiped out by other gangs and the Nelpeslian police force. Johnny, now fifteen, and a few other Barons survived and went into the freelance criminal market.

Eventually, Johnny and his crew went and did something stupid, they tried to rob a gunshop, and, not knowing that this was a plant, were ambushed by a small group of police. The resulting fight killed two of the four members of Johnny's crew and cost Johnny an arm and leg. After that job Johnny and his partner went underground to let the air clear aswell as decide what to do next. Five years later, after geting cyber work done on his arm and leg, Johnny, with his buddy, decided to ditch Nelpeslia, and after selling just about everything they owned, and using the money including the cash they had horded from their jobs, bought a VAMPIRE patrol ship and beat feet off of the Dirt speck called Nelpeslia.


Skills

Maintenance and Repair: Johnny, like all Nelpeslians. has a natural aptitude towards mechanics, and as such, he's a very skilled mechanic. He personally sees to the overhauls, repairs and upgrades that are done to his ship. He also maintains (or tries to remember to) his cybernetic limbs.

Engineering: Aside from being the ship's captain, he's also the primary engineer as well. When worse comes to worse, Johnny's more often then not the one who's knee deep in the machinery trying to fix what's wrong.

Rogue: Johnny's a pirate, so skulduggery is right up his alley. Before he started to prowl the space ways, he was a common burglar. He burgled his inky black heart out for years before he was finally caught and in the resulting fire fight had his arm and leg rendered mostly useless. Despite that, he's still handy when it comes to safe cracking or breaking and entering.

Leadership: Take it with a grain of salt, but Johnny has charisma. Be it a draw to his piratey looks, the draw of his cornball antics, or the sheer fact he's just a swell guy and is great at parties. He's made several friends and partners through out his career.

Fighting: An essential requirement for life in Nelpeslia as well as piracy. Johnny is well suited to using one or two pistols akimbo as well as close range fighting, he relies more on grappling and applications of his nelpeslian size and strength in those kinds of encounters.

Mathematics: Commanding and engineering aside, Johnny also acts as treasurer and accountant of the crew and is thus the one who dives up the loot as well as handling expenses and wages.

Technology Operation: Johnny is a 1337 haxxor. Realistically, he's skilled with computers. Marginally skilled, but skilled none the less.


OOC Notes

Johnny's cyberwear was done shortly after the job that cost him his limbs, but not soon enough for him to get caught. I'd wager a year or so. Johnny's ship is as stated a Vampire class Patrol ship, it's paint job has be redone and it more black and Gunmetal grey, then the standard job. It's name, also, is "Black Kat." (I blame his general lack of fixing his typos. ~_~)

I request that Johnny be moved to the archived biographies.

The Pirate Jps have frozen again. Rine has once again disappeared, and Millia , who wanted to also run a Pirate JP has vanished. So, keeping Johnny in service when it's obvious that Pirate Jps are just not viable at the time is a waste of a character space. I however, would like him to be considered just a "frozen character" and not a dead one. I might have a use for him in the future some time.
