Typically, pirates are single vessels with a small crew, built around the idea of taking ships in tact and so steal their cargoes. Pirates generally seem like normal people when in public, leading double lives unless in a specific pirate hangout where they can let loose. Generally under equipped to fight militaries, pirates can sometimes have large fleets of vessels, though this is rare. Pirates on SARP are a lot like mercenaries that simply find their own targets when not hired.
