Approved Submission Planetary system: E-12/Beta Rhoi

This suggestion has been implemented. Votes are no longer accepted.
We make an assumption with this system that the crazy anti-FTL field is perfectly globular with the star at its core. I suppose we have no choice in that, but it bears noting.
