Notes: This is a massive update that took months. Those who choose to review it are warned. Completely remapped deckplan, systems upgraded, combed over meter-by-meter, room-by-room, and deck-by-deck to determine just how much room for stuff there was and how to optimize it. I was quite surprised what could be fit into the ship with room to spare when it was fully fleshed out. If anyone wants a .SAI or .PSD file, of the deck plan complete with squares for 10m x 10m and 5m x 5m and little sprints of vehicles/fighters/shuttles for scaling, let me know where to send it. Note that most rooms are 2.75 meters high out of the 4 meter decks, leaving room for armor and systems. Deck 4 is 6.25 meters.

Also, I asked a while back if submitting a refit of an existing military vessel required a paired civilian submission. Wes said no, and I screencapped it so there would be no question.

Thanks, Immortal! Also, there's been chatter on the Discord about the underwater capabilities of the vessel and deeper discussion of how it might need a standard in the setting. Here's a link to a discussion I'm trying to start about it. I worry that in spite of the talk in the discord, that people don't want to really participate in the review of this article due to its size...

I am not married to the actual UW speeds listed, by the way. They are just based on Discord recommendations and can change.

I replaced the Type 34 MBT and the Type 35 GPC mentioned in this section of the Ke-S3-M4000 Plumeria Bay Pod article and this section of the Plumeria-class Medium Gunship (2E) article with the Type 31B “Troll” Tank, as the first two vehicles are no longer being utilized by the Star Army of Yamatai.

Amended in expectation of the Weapon Limitations Update. The Plumeria used to have a number of missile tubes, but those have been removed and one more rear-mounted turret added to make sense of the DOGA model. Four individual missiles are under the pylons, replacing the two on the underbelly. I can easily amend that back down to two, however, if that's disliked.

Plumeria 2E Retcon approved here, separate thread employed due to the simultaneous creation of new article. Retcon turns Deck 5 into a modular area, with the previous contents of Deck 5 being their own article in the Rikugun Deck Package. Minor modifications to vehicle bay design and escape pod compliment, in addition to other changes to reflect Deck 5's alterations, are also present.
