To officers in the Ralt Area: Citizens Anna Pavone and Sebastian Pavone have returned to their home after a prolonged 'holiday'. The public was happy to greet them, and the couple reclaimed their two-storey brick house through the usual channels later that day.
However, their son, Luca Pavone appears to be absent, and they refuse to go into detail about it. Further examination has confirmed that Luca Pavone has been missing for the past week.
We are suspicious of this, and have started monitoring Pavone family closely for any further developments. For the most part, they seem to be staying to themselves.

To all officers in the Ralt Area: This evening I saw something I couldn't quite put into words. As I was doing my nightly patrol of the sleepy town, I saw someone standing under a lamp post. He was 6'0", brown hair, brown jacket, blue pants, brown kneeboots, appeared Nepleslian, and /severely/ injured.
When I saw him, he immediately started /floating/ away, as though he was some sort of ghost. I yelled for him to stop, but he did not comply. I made a run for him, but after a short chase I could not locate the person - there weren't even footprints or blood on the snow.
If you see this person, do not attempt to make direct contact with him. Please alert the authorities.
