Post Your Pets!

Is that a Cavalier King Charles?

Yep, he is. I have always wanted one, and I finally got one last year. They're an awesome breed, very friendly. A little stubborn though lol.

Reactions: Wes

Previous Dog, Otto. Passed away peacefully in 2014, 17.5 years old. Good innings, since whippets uusually live for 14-15 years.

Belongs to my brother, ex-racing Greyhound and rescue dog. His name is Tonto. He is huge for his breed and we suspect he is a crossbreed or mutant. Loves running, and being lazy.

Here's Zoey again. She just turned 8! We took her to the dog park and gave her doggy ice cream.

This thread does not have enough kittehs in it! Please enjoy my barely year old cat, Nala!

The context of this photo is that my wife was complaining that when I get back to Japan, I will be "sleeping around with this hoe"... right before posting this pic. I found it super hilarious because she does look rather guilty in this picture to me! Hope you all enjoy!

Here's a couple (mediocre-quality, unfortunately) pictures of Turbo, my little brother's 1.5-year-old mixed-breed Maine Coon - and here's a bit of trivia about him:
  • We got him when he was about six months old.
  • His size - 15 pounds - is due to him hogging all of the food at the shelter. When feeding time came around, he'd apparently sit on top of the feeding bowls - thus preventing his two calico sisters from eating out of them - and work his way "downwards," only uncovering a bowl once he was finished with it.
  • His name - which he already had when we adopted him - comes from his tendency to frantically sprint around the house whenever he's in his "wild mode."
  • He's definitely a "puppy cat" - as he waits outside of rooms for people, follows them around, loves head-rubs, and likes playing games such as peek-a-boo.

I'll see if I can resurrect my ancient battery-powered (literally - it uses AA batteries instead of the battery packa most cameras use nowadays) to get some better pictures of him.

Here are my girls!

The brindle one on the left is my old bulldog/boxer mix, Carmen. The little one on the right is my pitbull pupper, Tillie.

If we get to show off ded pets then here is Mortem (cat died of ennui) and Nori (Batman)!

I sometimes get spoooped by them and I am very fearful of them tbh but they are still treasured and good.

Here are our Siamese cats, Shy and Lara. They like to munch on Tuna casserole and would hang out in the living room with my wife, during her novel-reading hours. We usually take them with us during our road trips, though we would have to settle them in our pet carriers as they like to pounce around, especially when the car is moving. Overall, they are a playful bunch and have been a part of our family for years. How about you, fellas? Feel free to share your pet stories.
