Approved Character Priscilla Barlow

I would say her skillset is overpowered, but then I realize she is terrible at all her skills.

Please use more detailed descriptions.

Sentence fragments and one-sentence paragraphs are not good.

I tweaked the layout of your history post and still things are way too barebones, but I think I'll approve it. Kyoki's consistently demonstrated being better at characterizing ICly this kind of character than she is writing it.

This character is approved for IC usage.
