Overall its pretty solid.

I would suggest a few rewordings.

On your optical, you should probably add some details about other spectrums of light.

Neutrino Sensors are responsible for detecting neutrinos released from stellar bodies, nuclear reactions, and starship systems.

Remove this part, they are sensors and you already said they are for detecting neutrinos...: It can be used to detect vessels that use nuclear reactions or stellar bodies that emit neutrinos.
