Notes: This is the material Esyga Gauss Rounds are made of. Figured I should make it a material so I can make more things out of it. (If I wanted to.) I'll be submitting two more materials soon.

Has been edited to accommodate the rejection of Eldo'roshya and the repercussions of that action. Hardness is down slightly, grade reduced to medium.

This also needs @Wes to rule on the armor class. Though it isn't used as an armor, having an AC listed on it makes it subject to the standard.
