Notes: No template for something like this, so I did what I did. It is a Hyperspace Travel Engine with a fancy name.

The FTL speed is fine, but the STL speed grossly violates the Starship Speed Standard.

The STL Speed is the exact same as the Slow, Standard Tech Standard. Don't mind knocking it, but it isn't violating it.
