[QIS-Yamatai] A transmission through space

The emptiness of space once more found itself filled by the energies of a wormhole generator. What came through wasn't one of the starships of the era but a burst of energy directed at Yamatai. The contained message was short and paired with a set of co-ordinates.

"If the Yamatai government is interested in eliminated tensions between itself and the Qel'noran Industrial Sector, we are willing to start talks.â€

A simple text message was returned. "We're interested."

At the time the message was received a single, now aging, minion class corvette manifested itself as the co-ordinates given.
