I moved the infobox down a little so it didn't hit the TOC. You need a sentence or two after each header to meet our style guidelines. In this case, after Councils and Colonies. Also please remove the red links at the bottom or create those pages.

I don't see any other issues, although I should mention I thought it was weird when you described their politics as fascist and then in the economy section it looks like socialism.
 
Nazi and WWII Italy (Under Mussolini). I took the term for its nationalistic implication. However I simply replaced it with socialism. I feel it fits better (And Wes has a point).

Links removed. Some brief sentences added.
