No issues with the content but the formatting could use some fixing -- namely by using smaller ===headers=== (use the equal signs) instead of those underlined bolded headers.

Edits made. I was trying to link the SPP (full name of course) before but the hyperlink function absolutely refused to do so. Is there a way around this?
