Approved Character [Re-submission] Kyoto Sekai

Kyoto Sekai just enlisted in Star Army this IC-year, has completed her training, and is intended for the Sakura II plot under Toshiro.

This is a RESUBMISSION OF AN APPROVED
character, meaning I've made edits to her sheet... enough to warrant a resubmission. Because I'm ridiculously honest about such things. The edits are just adding new skills to her skill area, and editing her Communication skill to fall in line with the Star Army's requirements.

"Where's the IC stuff to back up this character change?"
I'm doing final edits on the big post now, and I'll run it by Wes for final approval before sticking it up... somewhere. Not sure. I'll post a link to it here when it's finally up, though.

That same IC Post should explain why she chose to join Star Army.
