As I said before Wes, it looks like your problem.

We can't be expected to convert the wiki into compliance with your new desired format of removing off-site image hosting because the wiki does not work right. Please fix your system's problem so we can fix our problem.

I've had that same problem. Its just a permission issue, and takes Wes a few minutes if you let him know about it.
