This is meant to be a Red Cross/Doctors without borders type of npc group for Michiko to be the head of. The MNH corp and ships are mine. I put that together for an indie plot many years ago and I wanted to use it for setting flavor again since they've been just sitting on the wiki for a bit.

I put an a in brackets where the sentence was missing a word. I thought a simple a would suffice.

I will go ahead and approve it as it is a fine article.
