I intend to pull a force together and push into SMX/NMX space with the intention of liberating many lives. I request the aid of the Foreign Service in this endeavor, and I will break down what I request, and what I'm initially willing to pay for them. If it is not enough, please inform me as to a better amount and I will see if I can satisfy you.

For ONE QUARTER I offer 740, 000 KS. 2000 KS per Day times 365 Days equals this sum.

FOR PERSONNEL AND EQUIPMENT I offer 6000 KS for 2000 LIGHT INFANTRY. I offer 1800 KS for 1000 HEAVY INFANTRY.

For the OPERATION I offer 2600 KS. 2000 KS for the offensive nature, and 600 for Para-Military applications.

THE DISCOUNT, by your requisition information, is 25% for a BATTALION-SIZE order. Without the discount it would be 750400 KS and with the discount it should be 187600 KS.

If it is not enough, let me know -- I am sure I can accommodate you.

Herr Dietrich, We appreciate you Oath and your Compassion to those of the UOC. We would also like you to know that you have our full support.

Unfortunately, We can only do so much to aid your cause. You know how our system works and it is a system for the Abwehran people run by the Abwehran people. This means most of our power is in balance with the other branches of the Abwehran Star Empire. Currently, the majority power in the Legislative Branch would not release the appropriate forces you would need. Sadly, many of our people would believe war with the NMX is either improbable or never going to happen as long as We don't antagonize them. Foolish as it may be, it is their opinion and the opinion of the majority.

However, as an Executive Order, We have released one Division of Battlecruisers from Ersteflotte's Light Capital Ship Pool along with two squadrons of Destroyers from the Second Battle Group to escort 60 transports that have been donated from the CSAA and various merchant groups.

We wish we could do more for you, but please know that you have our blessings as well as our prayers for your success and your health.
