My thinking here is that when she actually leaves the Black Spiral complex and takes up Star Army dress, she'll carry a Type 28A NSP. I wanted to reinforce the idea that she doesn't need a weapon to kill.
I thought she was that well known, at least within the intelligence community. She crafted the assassination manual for SAINT, and once led that organization. I'll take it out, though; the wiki shouldn't use that term anyway.
