This article, as stated, is FM approved.

The Rook has been needing a slight update, so Sigma was kind enough to handle it for us.
 
I won't approve this until the "buoy" system is removed because it violates the rules. I'm asking you to remove it.

Also: I really don't appreciate you calling my post pointless in the IRC channel.
