I got a bit of free time today, so I'ma start switching over all the NDI/Nerimian Confederation stuff to the SCAF/Sol Confederation stuff.

Also, I'm going to be submitting a brand new infantry fighting vehicle from Phoenix Corporation that the Confederates are going to push the Nepleslians to adopt.
