Tadaaaa. Let's compare this to the LASR, which is on the same tier, as a reference for if it's OP or not.

- Less fire rate (15 rounds/s -> 7 rounds/s)
- Much smaller magazine (100 rounds -> 30 rounds)
- Designed for infantry use rather than power armor use
- Less recoil (Heavy -> Light)
