Approved Submission S6-SB steel ball ammo

I'd like for @Wes to weigh in on this, please, as in my official opinion the ammunition is overpowered in its current state.
 
Wes liked Frost's post, which indicates to me that he at least on some level approves of the request, however, on the other hand, the tier 3 round is 20cm in size so that does seem appropriate.
 
Perhaps inert balls of metal should not be assigned DRs like normal ammunition is. The DR can go on the weapon that uses them.
 
This piece of equipment may be up for small edits due to a recent physics check and recalculation. 4cm (40mm) steel balls does seem a bit excessive. Damage, type, and range may not be affected by these edits. However, @Jack Pine and I will be working on it.

If major edits are necessary, resubmission may result, but will be handled by me.
