After a period of relative quiet from the Star Amy's Third Expeditionary Fleet, Taisho Nakamura Miku today held a short press conference with a few fleet aides to announce recent restructuring to the fleet as well as her plans for the future.
Fleet Planner Shosho Kawazoe Sekai faced the cameras once more to announce her second restructuring of the fleet under as many Taisho; this time the focus is on smaller groups to allow for a more natural and flexible response to the type of issues the fleet is likely to face.

The cornerstone of future expansion efforts to be undertaken by the Third, Project Rolling Hills aims to turn the fleet's HQ planet of from its current harsh, uninhabitable conditions into a planet of "unsurpassed beauty and elegance".
