The Star Army of Yamatai has deployed much of its First Fleet, under Taisho Kessaku Irim, to Nepleslian space and surrounded the Nepleslian homeworld. The move, indirectly authorized by the new Empress Katsuko via Star Army Commander Ketsurui Yui, is a sign of increasing diplomatic tension between the two major nations over Nepleslia's cowardly stance on the war with the Mishhuvurthyar.
