Nepleslian News: Misguiding?
Funky City, Nepleslia - What is the virtue of a good news agency? At SANDRA, we think it boils down to two things: providing coverage of important and interesting events, and providing accurate and trustworthy reports. Any one can speak out about what is going on, but without it being reliable or even true, those reports are both meritless and meaningless.
This why today we were troubled to see a supposedly legitimate new agency making a bold-face lie. NNN, the Nepleslian News Network, had this to say:
Although the plague was discovered to have been originally produced by PNUgen Corporation, all evidence points to Dr. Shinichiro Nobumoto--PNUgen's CEO--while none pointed to then-researcher Uesu, who at the time was developing the early Nekovalkyrja. The Nepleslian News, therefore, is making statements that have no factual basis.
It is SANDRA's opinion that Nepleslian News should get back to reporting the truth, and maybe then they can write the story, rather than being it.
