You've faced the Kuvexians, and you've stuck around in the post-war slow period, you deserve to be rewarded. As part of the ongoing Star Army Personnel plot, I want to basically promote everyone's active player characters (as long as it makes sense). So if your character hasn't been promoted yet in YE 43, please post a link to their orders thread (or say if you still need one) so we can hook them up with a rank increase.
Also if you have a clerk character, PM me and I'll have them help issue the orders. This would also be a good time to get characters' ST backup preferences in writing too and consult about their career goals (e.g. do they want to change occupations, go to officer school, etc).
For non-SAOY characters, I hope the other FMs will make this a thing in their factions too.

I don't know if you'd call them active right now, but all took some part during the war period in various capacities, so own discretion on them.
