Considering the materials this is made out of, shouldn't it be 0.6 or, at most, 0.8 modifier? I don't see how it, being mundane, could be as strong as Zesuaium and other 1.0 metamaterials.
My take was the fusion process of heat and pressure causes the elements to bond in new ways and become a new synthetic element. Similar in concept to some of the methods used by the HSC. And the Gar have a .8 element
