Hey Sharp, in inventory list for Nesha chars is a Personal clothing. You should add some clothing your char own aside from military stuff.
 
I didn't realize I needed to stick his birth year up at all. As it is, I only have his age up currently.

Edit: I didn't find anything on Shukaren clothing. Maybe I'm just missing it? All that's up is military stuff. Also, I just realized for the most part SARP is bereft of civvie-clothes.

Edit 2: Fixed his age. (At least to my understanding) and added in a few generic clothing items.
 
Ahh you don't need to, that's optional, but since you listed his YE year, I just had to point out the incorrect date ya gave
