I'm undecided if she is really going to fully change it. She might just continue to hyphenate her name replacing Tange with Motoyoshi. I figured she kept the Katsura name as a reminder of who she was before she was brought into the Tange family since she is proud of her very humble origins and her present standing as a Senator.
