On my laptop, when I try and send an e-mail, it opens up the window, a nicer one than normal, but I can't work out how to actualy send the message. There is no button, and there is no option on the pull down screens.

Please help.
 
The way I'd do it: figure out which email server you normally use, download a email client like Mozilla ThunderBird, and set it up manually.

Which email client do you normally use? Has it been installed on your laptop?
 
On my laptop I appear to be using Microsoft Office Outlook.

I'm still looking into the problem, but have discovered I can use Yahoo to send E-mails. So I have done that.
