What was the last time you actually showed your character getting some exercise or working out in the RP?

Do they even lift?

If you can't remember, here's an RP challenge: Show them maintaining their fitness in some RP post this month!

Edit: By the way Star Army of Yamatai people, there's a new exercise uniform!

Wazu and Aikiko getting some good cardio in at the end of mission 24!

Edit: Probably should expand on this. Wazu knows he is only human, and doesn't quite measure up to other characters well in terms of things like being able to shoot well, telepathy, anti-gravity control, ect. He is constantly having to find ways to improve himself and be useful. A lot of the time spent with the character in RP deals with him either preparing or the side-effects of his preparations like being exhausted from staying up all night.

Working out is a great way of showing that he's putting in the time to get gud, while still including other characters.

An obstacle course has been erected using simple polygonal Hardlight for soldiers to move through on the Val'ta's launch deck, in the middle of the ship. Ny'za is currently running through it with her Apsectation partner, Rhiq. Some NPC soldiers and staff are giving it a shot too, with varying success.

This isn't the only thing that can be done with Hardlight, do you know how easy it is to clean hardlight protein shake bottles when there's projectors all over the place? Very. As people get more familiar with how it works, I expect there to be a bigger attitude for gains when it comes to training.

Silic was usually seen exercising his cardio. It takes a lot of training to out run being the center of the universe's bad luck.

Aiesu laughably tried to do situps a while ago and failed miserably. Lalah has been full contact sparring and grappling with Luca.

Rebeka has been seen crushing ceramic composite jumbo bowling balls in her hand and taking high jumps -- Sourcian pricora tissue doesn't get stronger through repetition but through Plyometrics and force application - like a hydraulic press. The question isn't whether or not she can do it: she puts more muscle around her hands to do it better. The question is how efficiently she does it and how long she takes and a lot of that is down to technique and efficiency of how she can move muscle and how efficient that muscle is. Her best time is about 40 seconds. When I introduced her about 8 years ago, she took 9 minutes. She's hit a glass ceiling, sadly and can't go much further without investing huge amounts of strength that exhaust her. The key to her exercize is doing it well enough to not tire herself out and that takes a lot of practice.
