Notes: This is a multi-purpose lightweight weapon system which started life as a MANPAD and was eventually turned into a common use light surface to air missile and point defense system. Its a very nasty thing.

This suggestion has been implemented. Votes are no longer accepted.
The only problem is the DR, and once again, I have no way to argue against it, other than to say that such a weapon's use against the highly advanced systems of the Big Three, let alone some of the other factions, would not produce A/SDR-grade damage.

This meaningless caveat is hereby stated, and there are no other issues.
