Well, here goes; my first attempt. Since I wanted something a bit unconventional, I quite realize matters may need to be changed or edited...I hope it's not completely unworkable though.

I'm the primary character reviewer, but my expertise is Yamataian and Nepleslian characters. When it comes to other races, I might have a few things to say, but I'm generally deferential to the race's creator, as they know the history and feel of their race best.

First, let me just say that I love this character. All of the excentricities, personality and even the physical appearance are exactly the sort of the things I want my players to experiment with. The little effects in Iromakuanhe culture that I wrote were really intended to enhance a character, not restrict it. You pulled it off.

Bravo!

Saying that, I do have some thoughts:

He's in Nepleslian space, and it's very hard for me to pull up an explanation for that. The Iromakuanhe have not yet made first contact with another race and expedition event planned for this summer, as well as a first encounter that may occur sooner than I expected, may give you some opportunities.

But I can imagine you won't want to be waiting until then, so contact me on IRC or YIM. I may be able to give you a plausible scenario.

In response to Exhack's consultation, Shaastabar's history has been altered to accomadate his arrival in Nepleslian space- somewhat ahead of the curve- reasonably.
