Approved Submission [Shastas World] Lancer Class Mech

I usually only put one article in the NTSE at a time but I have a lot of mechs and stuff but my last one is sitting on short of a month now and this whole lax on RP stuff for the submissions wont last much longer and Im trying to make struct lists on the wiki which is hard when everything is in wip: so ill be submitting more frequently~

Small mech that shoots rocket drills because I watched Altered Carbon Relsleeved and that part was cool~
