You do not say what the damage is when used by armor against armor.
 
Well it said melee weapons are to be determined by the GM, it does slicing damage, and it would also depend on what the weapon is attached to.
 
The statement about melee damage is referring to regular swords and knives. IF this knife is to be used by a PA, then it needs a damage setting.
