During the first presidential debate, several cameras caught a rectangular bulge on the back of George's shirt. When questioned about it recently, he said that it was simply a badly tailored shirt.

E. Um... your choice. ^_^

In my opinion where Bush may not be the brightest speaker around, I personally think its taken way out of preportion. I mean come on what's the big deal if its a bad shirt or a little box relaying how to speak fluently.

Eh...

Well, Natsumi.. The issue, or perceived anyway is that it was a debate. It's the forum in which the political candidates are supposed to present their knowledge of their policies, foreign policies, world events, etc. IF and I repeat -IF- he was wired, it means he was being fed information, which is not only deceit of the people, but also implicates he doesn't understand the issues he is expected to deal with during his presidency.

That is the issue with being wired. Whether or not he actually was, shall remain a mystery.

I don't think it's wrong for him to be advised on what to say.

Maybe wired him after the "Fool me once..." thing so they could prompt him when he messes up.

Yeah. I think bush just doesnt know what to say all the time. In Periods of high stress , not everyone can talk perfect. Bush seems to mess up a lot, which.. seems kind of bad, considering the president represents us. Like how he was asked How he felt about arafats death(Before arafat died) and he said .. "God Bless his soul", then later on he finds out arafat is indeed alive.. Bad mistake bush.. TskTsk.

That doesn't sound so bad, in my opinion one of the worst presidential sayings was, "HIV does not cause AIDS" (Wasn't an American president).

Of course considering the blind and stubborn amount of followers he has, it would be impossible to get him out of presidency, I hope their next party representative is as good as their first one who was elected.

lol

I dont think Bush was wired. I watched the video feeds of those debates via Kyodo, and simply put, if Bush were being fed information by Rove or Cheney or whoever, he wouldnt have been trounced twice and beaten once.
